Will it pretend to be a person?+
No. It speaks for your business as "we" and never uses a fake name. If someone asks whether they're talking to a person, it says it's an automated assistant and that your team reads every chat and follows up.
What if it doesn't know the answer?+
It only uses the information on your website and what we give it. If something isn't covered, such as a custom quote, it says your team will confirm, and you already have the visitor's details to call them.
Can it send leads to our CRM?+
