What does a website maintenance plan include?+
The scope can include managed hosting, updates, backups, uptime and form checks, security review, minor content changes and health reporting. Response coverage and included work are agreed clearly before the plan begins.
Can you host and maintain a website built by another company?+
Often, after a technical review. We check the platform, code quality, licences, access, dependencies and current security state before accepting responsibility for support.
How often should a business website be backed up?+
Frequency should match how often important content or transactions change. A mostly static lead-generation site may need a different schedule from eCommerce or a customer portal. Recovery testing matters as much as creating backups.
Does maintenance include redesigns and new features?+
Routine care and minor updates can be included, while substantial redesigns, new integrations and feature development are normally scoped separately. The agreement should make that boundary easy to understand.
