We can only ask Google to remove reviews that break its policies, such as spam, conflicts of interest or offensive content. Genuine negative reviews stay, so we help you reply in a way that reassures future customers.
Do you write reviews for us?+
No, never. Fake or paid reviews break Google's policies and Australian Consumer Law. We only help you ask real customers to share their experience.
Can we offer a discount for a review?+
We don't recommend it. Incentivised reviews breach Google's policies, and the ACCC expects any incentive to be disclosed and offered whether the review is positive or negative.
